I am Katia,  born in Malta, an island with beautiful crystal energy connected to Atlantis. I love my roots and the healing waters surrounding this island. A big part of me always felt a connection to a far away land and eventually this led to a 3 year soul journey exploring different countries in Central and South America.

This is where I connected deeply with Mother Earth, her healing properties and the spirit of the plant Kingdom. 

My travels allowed me to meet and spend time with Native American tribes and elders such as the Aruachos and Koogis who shared ancestral knowledge.

In Mexico I had the opportunity for private tuition in Herbalism with a traditional Curandera.

Via these experiences I learnt how to ground in the body and grow roots on Earth especially during ancestral ceremonies were different elements & seasons are honoured and were the wisdom of our Elders, healers and shamans is shared.

Spirit is now showing me to share these traditions to give others the opportunity to come in union with the Earth and honour her elements.

I believe that together we can start a new way of life.

A tribe that lives connected to each other in presence.

A tribe that lives in harmony with the Earth.

 

I feel that most of the emotional and physical problems in today’s world are due to living a life that is disconnected to nature. 

Living in concrete apartments rather than natural houses that are grounded.

Spending most of our time in built up areas rather than in nature.

Spending a long time on screen or sitting rather than watching the beauty of nature and exercising.

For this reason I feel called to hold space for anyone who feels disconnected & is open to receive guidance and support.

This is done within a safe space with grounded presence either inside my home or outside in nature.

The healing sessions are intuitive and based on what feels best for the individual.

Apart from nature’s elements I also use plant medicine with a special deep connection to Cacao.

The journey with Mama Cacao also started during my travels where i visited various Cacao farms & took part in harvesting, fermenting and preparing the cacao beans to grinding into a paste.

After receiving an abundance of health, mental & emotional support the Spirit of Cacao guided me to share this medicine with others becoming a Guardian of her spirit.

Now I serve Cacao in different events ranging from 1 on 1 healing sessions to small ceremonies and bigger events such as festivals and conscious dances. All with a pure intention to share the love and connect to our hearts.
